Simplified sequence, not a construction schedule. Stages are sequential; doubling capacity reduces only the illustrative crew-dependent durations, not permitting or the injected delay. Real projects need trade dependencies, procurement, inspections, safety planning, and site constraints.
Rule-based product concept using fictional reports. No live property data or AI model is connected. Emergency workflows require human review and local procedures; immediate danger should be handled through emergency services.
